Drone

An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), commonly known as a drone, is an aircraft without a human pilot, crew or passengers on board. Technology that continues to develop allows drones to be used in various fields, such as coastal mapping, topographic surveys, identification of vegetation, to classification of benthic habitats. Surveys using drones can reduce data collection loads, reduce regular survey costs and increase time efficiency. Hard-to-reach areas can be mapped easily with drones and produce high-resolution, high-accuracy GIS data.

The DJI Mavic 2 Enterprise is designed for jobs that require advanced technology. The main feature in the form of Integrated Radiometric FLIR Thermal Sensor allows to get the spatial distribution of temperature in real time. Other additional features such as extended port also allows access to additional figures such as Spotlight, Speaker, and Beacon. In addition, there are also differences from other drones, namely the presence of immediate airspace information and omnidirectional obstacle sensing. In addition to having a strong flying ability, this drone can also be folded, making the drone a practical choice in various mapping activities.
